Our previous work also includes less traditional property auction scenarios including court and bailiff auctions. Alongside our established and robust network, we have the capacity to research, identify, locate and connect with elite agents and talent, both nationally and internationally.

SERVICE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

Solve will launch into action upon receipt of a new file from our pre-insolvency advisors and liquidators, quickly researching the location and market and utilising networks and alliances to identify the best and most reliable real estate agents within the area, requesting they supply a submission for the sale of the subject property. We provide strict guidelines to the agents, taking into consideration the individual file instructions received from our partners, and only work with the candidates most suited to the particular property.

We provide a set timeline agents need to adhere to for their submissions and give framework required to ensure the process is compliant. We tailor our service to our partners needs and either allow them to review submissions individually or simply select the best candidate for the sale should the client desire to be less hands on. Once an agent is appointed, we ensure that all parties are aware of the appointment and the process moving forward as we continue to facilitate and manage the transaction right through to a sold result.
